Tips for normal delivery.

I wanted to tell you that becoming a mother is a dream come true for all many women and Normal delivery is always better as it helps the mother recover early, for good lactation and better mother- baby bonding. So always talk to your doctor about tips for normal delivery if there is no contraindication to it.

  1. Choose your doctor-friendly, motivating, caring and expert in Normal Delivery.
  2. Healthy diet-Fruits/Salads/ proteins
  3. Adequate hydration /Water intake
  4. Refrain from stress-Do meditation , Breathing exercise
  5. Adequate sleep
  6. Exercises- walk every day, practice right breathing exercises
  7. Pelvic exercises and Meditation after 36 weeks of pregnancy –it helps in strengthening body muscles and increases stamina for easy normal delivery

These tips will help pregnant ladies in staying positive and motivated for normal delivery
