I had heard so much about pregnancy and delivery is a tough phase in a woman's life... It was indeed true in the first month of my pregnancy while I was anxiously searching for a nice, warm and patient gynaecologist all over Bangalore.
After many not so good experiences, my search ended on an extremely positive note at Cloud Nine, old airport road, when I first consulted Dr. Praveena Shenoi.I had read a lot about her on the internet and the very first appointment with her wiped off all my fears and apprehensions and I and my husband just decided - this is it! We want our baby to be born in this beautiful and happy place!!!
The moment Dr Shenoi steps into the consultation room and says a 'hi!' with a radiant smile - you forget all your questions and worries and just walk out with a smile in a few minutes.

We always wondered Dr Praveena is so busy and is always running from one consultation room to the other and emergencies in between, then how she is always happy, chirpy and patient. Kudos to Dr Praveena! I had a super smooth delivery on 14th Sep'13 and we were blessed with a beautiful baby girl.
Overall, I had a brilliant experience at Cloud Nine, old airport road... Starting from the warm and helpful PROs (especially Nupur), to the billing staff, to the OPD staff, to the informative antenatal & MBA classes, to a smooth delivery and a wonderful stay in the signature room with super helpful nurses (specially Sister Soumya and Sister Anu) and finally the hundred questions about lactation that I asked Sister Mary in multiple visits!

I would blindly recommend Cloud Nine to every friend and relative. Thank you so so much for making pregnancy as well as delivery and postnatal care such a wonderful experience... A cake walk! You literally feel you are on the cloud nine!!
