My experience with cloud nine was just wonderful. It made my journey of becoming a Mom a joyful one. I embrace every moment of it. The best part is the care and concern showered by doctors and nurses. My journey all started with multiple doctors and was confused till the last moment when my friend suggested Dr Manjula Raghuveer from Cloud nine Malleswaram.
I was so apprehensive of meeting her as I was thinking if I am not satisfied with her, I may have to the change doc again. But with the first visit itself, she made me feel so comfortable. She calls every younger person "Mari" which made me feel so friendly and comfortable. I told her all my concerns and she is the only doctor who spends so much time with every patient and listens to their concern patiently.
Now, comes the delivery part. I told her I would prefer normal and she assured me that if everything is normal health wise, that would be her first try. I had a smooth normal delivery on Apr 6. Thanks to Dr Manjula Raghuveer and her team of doctors.
I would like to mention the team of nurses in cloud nine are one among the best. Nursing is the best. They helped me a lot in my normal delivery. Overall I had a fabulous experience in cloud nine. Thanks cloud nine. Hope you continue the same and be the best in terms of service. Probably you can make everyone use your service by making it a little affordable for the lower middle class people.
