"Firstly what is preterm labour? Generally any kind of delivery which happens before 37 weeks is taken as a Preterm labour. But if at all it happens before for 32 weeks that's when we say that it's Borderline pre term and if it is less than 28 weeks of your complete 40 weeks of pregnancy that's when we say that it's an extreme pre-term labour. So when should you be worried that you might be going into pre-term labour is if there is any kind of a repeated pain in your lower abdomen where you feel that there is a complete tightness.
