2020 hasn’t been in its best behaviour as of yet with the pandemic striking the planet and providing the biggest challenge to the medical community in decades. While most are busy fighting the virus, some are also going out of their way to help moms who are pregnant and due for delivery in these panicky times.
A mom to be is always anxious and more if it is the first time around. They have no idea what to expect and even after hearing tons of stories from family or friends, we know how it gets. Anxiety always needs to be dealt with and therefore on Cloudnine, we provide effective services to ease their time in pregnancy.
Mom Warrior Sindhu Reddy is one such fierce lady who shared her experience with us at Cloudnine, Bangalore. Now a mother of two, Sindhu is a working mom, who provides her services at Tata Consultancy Services. She hails from Chikkaballapura. She delivered her second child in Cloudnine Bengaluru under the supervision of Dr. Chitralekha. We had a one on one conversation with a happy mother of two.

Being a mother of one school going toddler, a second pregnancy would have been quite challenging but it was all a cakewalk with all the support I got from my husband, family, and friends.
Well, I tend to believe from my first pregnancy that doctors are the most important when it comes to pregnancy. A supportive doctor is the best thing a mom to be could ask for and Cloudnine seemed to have the best reviews in this criterion. I consulted the same doctor for both of my children. I owe a lot to the medical team at Cloudnine Bengaluru for their exceptional support.
During this pandemic situation, I really appreciate Cloudnine for coming up with elaborate but extremely helpful services that made a life for us moms to be so much easier.
I had my video consultation with the doctor which was really helpful without being bothered to leave home in these precarious conditions for regular follow-ups. There were also nutrition classes and simple exercises streamed online for mothers. Those really helped along the journey keeping me active during the quarantine.
Cloudnine has always held up their end in the struggle of becoming a mother and all the happiness that comes with it. We support these beautiful brave ladies, each with individual experience and process a unique bonding with them, almost like a mother.
I consulted Dr. Chitralekha during both of my pregnancies. Prenatal days were not difficult to manage at all for both of my children just because of the right advice and the ample amount of time Dr. Chitralekha devoted to me. I could ask her all those questions that I may have had at any possible time. She is one of the reasons why I am so healthy and up and about even after the delivery. She was the best I could ask for. It is really unfortunate I couldn’t manage a picture with her.
And regarding the nursing staff, they were very kind. They were present each time I was having some difficulty. They would provide my medicines on time, and we all know how important that is for a new mother. They made sure to go the extra mile to make me feel utterly comfortable and at home. I would really thank each one of the Cloudnine family in Bengaluru for taking care of me that well.

I consider Cloudnine the best and easily the safest place for delivery. Becoming a mother is a beautiful experience and often low-grade staff or services might ruin that. In Cloudnine we feel like we are in a mother’s womb. The care a patient is subjected to makes you feel like they are all family. I do not remember a single time I had questions about something or was anxious and did not get anyone to help me with it.
They communicate a lot and I would really thank each one at Cloudnine for taking care of me over the span I was there as only one attendee was allowed with me at a time, again safety measures they took due to the pandemic.
It is important that a mother’s mental health remains stable and secure during delivery and I was overwhelmed by the treatment I received each time there. Both my kids were born in Cloudnine and we have very nice memories from both the times. I was very happy to give birth on Cloudnine.
