You have come a long way and it’s just a few days before you ooze out your baby. You might be thinking for shortcut or tricks to overcome the toughest time but there is no such way to trespass the final two weeks. The newbies think that they cannot flap more but no. Your belly can still expand. It is that time of your pregnancy when the oversize shirt you bought are also growing shorter as each day passes. Your maternity wardrobe is also loosening the grip and you are just waiting to the moment when you feel that extra pair and know that yes the time has come and finally you will have your baby.

You might not just be worried about your wardrobe but also find difficulty doing simple activities such as walking. Every time you stand you feel that you are about to deliver the baby, the feeling of baby pushing is unbearable. And this is not the end, the stress you take makes it more difficult. No matter how hard you try, you are unable to sleep, you get uncomfortable with that huge belly and this steals away your much-needed sleep. And you know what’s the toughest job of all?

It could have been 36 weeks or more and you are just hoping, waiting, expecting your baby to come up any time. Every moment feels the final moment but no, an endless wait keeps you brimmed up 24/7. Quick Tips to Survive The Final Days

Pamper Yourself: As each day passes, it becomes difficult to feel good and pretty but hold on, it’s just a matter of days and it would eventually pass. It hard though but take time to treat yourself. Pamper yourself with things you love to do. Visit a spa or a saloon, get your haircut done or a pedicure or manicure to rejuvenate yourself. A foot massage to relax and spend some time away from the pain.

Connect with Your Loved Ones: You might be feeling low and it’s the right time to connect with your near and dear ones. Meeting people or having a conversation would unwind your mind and provide a relaxing feeling deterring your mind away from the huge belly. You might have skipped talking to people during your pregnancy and it is the best time to see or talk to people. This would not just shift your focus but also provide you some sleep.

Get Yourself Dressed: You might have to spend a greater time of your pregnancy wearing the loose tee and the pajamas. And so it’s the time you get yourself dressed in a beautiful piece of the outfit. It would definitely be hard and of course pointless but trust me it would definitely feel good. Seeing yourself pretty and dressed in a beautiful attire gives a great feeling. Choose a dress that would cover your belly, have your hairs made properly and makeup, nails colored everything. This might give you a hint of what you were before pregnancy.

Go for a light walk: It would have been weeks that you haven’t stepped out of your house and so take a break and walk in a park or a garden. The best way to shift your mind from your daily routine, you can choose a companion to feel loved. It’s ok to spend some time away from the bedroom and indulge yourself in nature love.
