To cool down the heat of summer, replace ice creams with following recipes:a)
Fruit popsicles: Get some nice moulds, pour the fresh fruit juice (prefer some coloured once like the mango, pomegranate) add some fruit chunks of your choice to it. Let the mould be in the refrigerator till the ice sets. b)
Fresh fruit yogurt: Try on some fresh fruit yogurt. Add your little one's choice fruit pulp to the curd and mix well. Set it in the refrigerator to make flavoured yogurt. c)
Fruit yogurt biscuits’: Twist can be given by placing the set yogurt in between two cookies. d)
Fresh fruit smoothies: Crush your loved fruits and mix them with fresh curd, cream, and honey to make a yummy filling smoothie. Smoothies are calorie dense, but at the same size are small portions which kids can relish.
