Precautions you should consider taking during the current situation to stay healthy and infection-free:

Apart from the above-stated precautions follow a healthy diet plan, eat healthily:

  • Have a few full portions of fruits and vegetable every day
  • Carbohydrates like rice and rotis/chapatis are important too
  • Everyday servings of some protein are useful
  • Also, add dairy foods, such as milk, paneer and curd to the menu

Consume supplements

You may need to take folic acid for at least the first three months and iron, calcium and vitamin D for the whole of your pregnancy and beyond. Ensure you take your supplements as suggested your doctor only.
