Dr. Anita Chrisbina is a Paediatrician & Neonatologist passionate about neonatal care with a special interest in the care of periviable and extreme preterm neonates. She has overall 7 years of experience in this field. She did her MBBS from Government Coimbatore Medical College, Coimbatore. She completed her M.D. in Paediatrics and Neonatal care from Government Mohan Kumaramangalam Medical College, Salem. After this, she served a stint at Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals in New Delhi. She then worked in the Paediatrics & Neonatal care unit at Fortis Malar Hospitals, Adyar, Chennai.

Following her passion, she did her super speciality training (DrNB) in Neonatology, at Dr. Mehta’s Multispecialty Hospitals Pvt Ltd, Chetpet, Chennai. She joined the neonatal care unit, Cloudnine Hospitals, OMR, Chennai.

Additional skills

• She is certified in targeted neonatal echocardiography and point-of-care neonatal ultrasound.

• She also holds a certificate in Developmental Assessment Scales for Indian Infants (DASII) and has been accredited as an authorised DASII tester.
