Dr. Ashima Gulia has over 14 years of experience in conducting deliveries, performing Cesarean sections and other surgeries (open and laparoscopic) and managing complicated, high risk Obstetrics and Gynecology cases. She is a champion for natural birthing and has been working at making childbirth a positive and joyful experience. During antenatal care and labour process, she strives to avoid Cesarean sections unless absolutely necessary,while she is also adept in performing all elective and emergency Cesarean  sections she is trained in Colposcopy, Hysteroscopy, Laparoscopic surgeries. Trained in management of cases of infertility and Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)procedures, she has several parents being cured of infertility with successful outcomes.

She is passionate about preventive obstetrics and preventive Gynecology, with a focus on diet, lifestyle and exercise. She firmly believes in the wholesome care of her parents.

She has been a recipient of multiple awards including the prestigious Infosys Foundation Gold Medal in 2007 and was the best outgoing student of her batch in MBBS.
