Dr. Yatin Shah is a senior obstetrician and gynaecologist with over 40 years of extensive experience in consultation and advanced gynaecological surgery. Currently associated with Cloudnine Group of Hospitals as a full-time consultant and laparoscopic surgeon, he has dedicated his career to delivering expert care with a strong focus on surgical excellence and patient well-being.

Dr. Shah completed his MBBS and MD in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from KEM Hospital, Mumbai. He further pursued specialised training in laparoscopic surgery at Kiel University, Germany, with a focus on pelviscopic procedures. Throughout his career, he has successfully performed more than 10,000 hysterectomy surgeries (including open, vaginal, and laparoscopic) and conducted over 30,000 deliveries, including more than 10,000 C-sections.

He is proficient in a wide range of procedures, including myomectomy, ectopic pregnancy management, tubal ligation, total laparoscopic hysterectomy, gynecologic oncology surgeries, and emergency obstetric surgeries such as obstetric hysterectomy and PPH management. His surgical expertise is complemented by a strong background in outpatient and inpatient care management, patient counselling for family planning, and overall hospital operations.

In addition to his clinical roles, Dr. Shah has played an active part in medical education. He served as an honorary consultant at Dr. R.N. Cooper Hospital for 10 years and has mentored numerous undergraduate and postgraduate students. He has also conducted several Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions and seminars.

Dr. Shah is a member of multiple professional bodies, including AMC, MMA, AFG, and MOGS. He has also held leadership roles beyond medicine, including serving as President of the Rotary Club of Bombay Northwest in 1995.Previously, he served as Director of Operations at Vinayak Maternity and General Hospital and Dr. Yatin Shah's Maternity and Nursing Home, where he oversaw all aspects of patient care and hospital management.
