Cofee with Dr Shekar & Dr Anuradha at Cloudnine Malleswaram
Boss Day is observed on October 16th of every year. And this time Cloudnine employees participated with the ‘Coffee with the Boss initiative’ across Cloudnine centres at Jayanagar, Old Airport Road and at Malleswaram. Employees from Nursing, Guest Relations Team, Pharmacy met Ms Vidya Kumar, Director of Cloudnine, Dr Prakash Kini, Dr Arvind Shenoi, Dr Shekar Subbaiah and Dr Anuradha from the panel of Obstetricians & Paediatricians. Employees chose which Boss they would like to have coffee and the lucky ones were chosen from the assorted list.
Also, There was a ‘Coffee with the Big Boss’ event held at Cloudnine Malleswaram where Dr.Kishore Kumar, CEO & MD of Cloudnine had a surprise session with other doctors.

Beena George, a nurse at Cloudnine said “The conversation with Dr Shenoi was very nice. I didn’t feel like I was talking to a Boss. I found him to be very articulate, calm and humble. The idea of interacting with Dr Shenoi scared me at the beginning but now I think it will be better henceforth.
”Shiny Sathiya’s a NICU Nurse at Cloudnine said “Dr Shenoi seemed calm and collective. It was an opportunity to discuss issues, challenges and dreams that I aspire for.
