Ms. Namita Narula

Ms. Namita Narula is the Head of Corporate Communications at Cloudnine Group of Hospitals, based in Gurgaon. She manages internal and external communications across all units of the group. With 17 years of experience in healthcare communications, Namita collaborates with management teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance the group’s reputation and engagement. Her expertise spans strategic counsel, media outreach, social and behavior change communications, content strategy and creation, influencer engagement, project management, advocacy, crisis management, and communication audits.

Before joining Cloudnine, Namita worked with Edelman India, Weber Shandwick India, Via Media Health leading large- and small-scale advocacy and strategic behavior change campaigns in the health and education sectors. She has collaborated with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, hospitals, multinational pharmaceutical companies, and NGOs such as WHO, UNICEF, PMNCH, Tata Trusts, Ashoka University, and World Vision India and NNI.

Namita holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Delhi University, a Master’s in Mass Communication (Corporate Communication) from IP University, and a dual MBA in International Business & Marketing. She is an avid reader, adventure enthusiast, and poet.
