Ms. Chitra Puranik Kuve

Ms. Chitra Puranik Kuve leads the Learning & Development function at Cloudnine Group of Hospitals, Bengaluru. She is responsible for engaging, aligning, and developing talent across the organization, from individuals to leadership teams. At Cloudnine, she collaborates with department heads to design competency and training frameworks that align learning needs with organizational values and goals. Her expertise includes organizational development, change management, culture building, behavioral training design, team building, and creating solutions for complex human dynamics.

Chitra joined Cloudnine after several years as an entrepreneur and Leadership & Organization Development consultant. With close to two decades of experience in Learning and Organization Development, she has worked across for-profit and non-profit sectors, including Manufacturing, Software, Retail, Government, education, and public initiatives.

She is a member of the Indian Society of Applied Behavioural Science (ISABS), a consultant in Group Relations Conferences, and a Systems Thinking Coach. Chitra holds an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor’s in Engineering (Instrumentation Technology) from Visvesvaraya Technological University. She integrates her education with her passion for people and Indian psychology to develop innovative solutions for organizational and leadership challenges.
