Mr. Ved Prakash Kalanoria

Mr. Ved Prakash Kalanoria is the Nominee Director of Arvon Investments Pte. Ltd. on the Board of the Company. He joined Temasek in 2012 and is currently Director, at Temasek Holdings Advisors India Pvt. Ltd.

Prior to joining Temasek, Ved spent 7 years in Investment banking and Private Equity in India. His professional career began at Merrill Lynch, India, where he worked on various capital raising and M&A advisory transactions. After 3 years at Merrill Lynch, he went on to work for Brevan Howard and JRE Partners (investment partnership of Jardine, Rothschild and Exor for investments in India).

Ved holds a degree in Commerce from the University of Calcutta and is a Chartered Accountant by qualification.
