Mr. Sandeep Bardia

Sandeep Bardia is the Chief Financial Officer at Cloudnine Group of Hospitals, where he oversees Finance, Accounts, insurance partnerships, pharma, procurement, legal and compliance, as well as system controls and IT infrastructure.

With over 25 years of cross-industry experience, Sandeep has strengthened financial discipline, enhanced operational efficiency, and driven growth in complex environments, while managing evolving business models and structures to meet changing needs. He has worked with Novartis, HDFC Life Insurance, The Walt Disney Company, Asian Paints, and Bharat Petroleum. Before joining Cloudnine, he served as CFO at JSW Paints, where he built the finance and commercial function from the ground up and led fundraising for new projects.

An all-India rank holder Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, Sandeep was felicitated with the ‘FE Financial Star’ award by Financial Express India in 2022.
