Dr. Annu Kaushik serves as the Director of Nursing at Cloudnine Group of Hospitals, where she oversees nursing services across critical and specialized care, driving quality, safety, and operational efficiency. She is committed to patient-centered care and believes that people are the greatest asset in healthcare, prioritizing their development and growth.
An outstanding academic achiever, Dr. Kaushik holds a B.Sc. (Hons) and M.Sc. in Nursing from Delhi University, a Diploma in Quality Management and Hospital Accreditation, and a Ph.D. in Nursing. She has further enhanced her expertise through NABH Nursing Excellence Certification and advanced training in Nursing and Nutrition from Johns Hopkins University.
She has authored multiple nursing books and published numerous national and international research papers, with a focus on patient safety, employee well-being, and workforce development. She has also served as a technical advisor to universities, research journals, and training institutions, designing programs to bridge skill gaps and prepare the next generation of nursing professionals.
Her contributions include serving as a National External Assessor for NQAS and NABH Nursing Excellence Certification and as a research board member at Teerthankar Mahaveer University. Widely recognized for her work on occupational safety for nurses, she continues to advocate for strengthening nursing education, enhancing workplace safety, and building resilient healthcare systems.
Prior to Cloudnine, she held leadership roles at Columbia Asia Hospitals and Fortis Healthcare, and worked with leading institutions including Holy Family Hospital, Max Healthcare, and Maulana Azad Medical College. Throughout her career, Dr. Kaushik has gained experience across the full spectrum of nursing roles, from bedside nurse to clinical instructor, trainer, and quality management leader.
