Ms. Binal Shah is a Child Development and Behaviour (ABA) expert who believes that a stress-free, functional childhood shapes responsible and emotionally balanced adults. Her mission is to guide children and young adults in developing essential skills for functional and emotional growth.

She began her career in 2006 as a special educator and holds advanced degrees in education and psychology. Ms. Shah is one of the few Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA-USA) in Mumbai and is the founder of HurshBin Child Development and Behaviour Modification Services.

Together with psychologists, behaviour therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, educators, and sports trainers, Ms. Shah supports children aged 1-12 years in developing:

- Sensory integration and motor coordination

- Speech, language, and communication

- Play and leisure skills

- Social interaction and group behaviour

- Activities of daily living
