Dr. Shikhar Singh is a highly skilled radiologist and fetal medicine specialist, with comprehensive training in advanced imaging modalities including X-ray, Ultrasound (USG), CT, and MRI. He holds a post-MD fellowship in Fetal Medicine from the esteemed Adi Advanced Center for Fetal Care, Bengaluru, under the mentorship of Dr. Adinarayana Makam—one of the pioneers of Fetal Medicine in India.

Dr. Singh is certified by the Fetal Medicine Foundation (FMF), UK, and has developed expertise in obstetric and gynecological imaging, including 2D, 3D, and 4D scans, as well as pediatric ultrasound. His clinical focus includes the diagnosis and monitoring of fetal aneuploidy markers, structural anomalies, and high-risk pregnancy complications.

He has significant experience in managing multiple gestations and IVF pregnancies, with specialized skills in accurate dating, determination of chorionicity and amnionicity, precise twin labeling, and early detection and monitoring of complications such as selective intrauterine growth restriction (sIUGR), twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS), and twin reversed arterial perfusion (TRAP) sequence in monochorionic diamniotic (MCDA) twins.

In addition to maternal and fetal imaging, Dr. Singh is also proficient in general ultrasound, CT, and MRI, as well as USG- and CT-guided interventional procedures.
