Dr Shashidhar Vishwanath (MBBS, MRCPCH, Post grad DCH, FRCPCH, CCT (UK), PGPN (USA)  Chief Neonatologist & Paedratrician at Cloudnine Hospital-OAR. He completed his MBBS in 2002. After brief period at all India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) New Delhi as senior research fellow, he moved to UK for further higher training in Paediatrics. He worked at various teaching hospitals in UK and obtained his MRCPCH degree in 2011, after this he completed his higher specialist training in Yorkshire & Humber paediatric training scheme and obtained CCT in Paediatrcis. He was awarded FRCPCH (fellowship of Royal College of paediatrics & child health) in 2017 and post grad diploma in child health (DCH) from University of Leeds in 2015.  He worked as a consultant paediatrician and neonatologist at Airedale General Hospital in West Yorkshire from April 2016 to April 2018. Following this he was appointed as lead consultant for neonatology at Roterham NHS trust.  He moved back to India in Oct 2019 to render his services in area of neonatology and Paediatrics. He is trained to provide level 3 neonatal intensive care and is well experienced in managing all neonatal problems including those associated with extreme prematurity and other issues including caring for babies needing surgical interventions.  He previously worked as chief neonatologist at Sparsh Hospital in Yeshwantpur and Lead Clinician at Sparsh Women and Childrens hospital. He established level 3 NICU at Yeshwantpur Sparsh & also managed complex problems including term and extreme prematurity related issues, severe pulmonary hypertension (PPHN) needing advanced ventilator support along with nitric oxide ventilation. He had also managed common surgical problems associated with neonates and children along with paedeatric surgeons.  He is a well-informed, well updated paediatrician who is passionate about his work and believes in offering highest quality of care for children under his care.   Dr Shashidhar believes in service with a smile, and is a proponent of team work.
