Dr. Satyender Yadav is a highly motivated and academically accomplished Consultant Neonatologist with advanced DM training in Neonatology and extensive experience in tertiary-level neonatal intensive care. He has over Eight years of cumulative experience in neonatal and pediatric care, including roles as Consultant Pediatrician, Senior Resident, and Junior Resident in leading healthcare institutions. He has independently managed neonatal and pediatric emergencies, supervised NICU services, and worked closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based neonatal care.

His clinical expertise includes the management of extremely low birth weight (ELBW) and very low birth weight (VLBW) infants, advanced neonatal ventilation, neonatal resuscitation, neurocritical care, hemodynamic monitoring, infection prevention, lactation support, and family-centered developmental care. He is proficient in a wide range of neonatal procedures, including umbilical catheterization, PICC line insertion, neonatal intubation, surfactant administration (INSURE/LISA), chest drain insertion, peritoneal dialysis, lumbar puncture, and exchange transfusion.

Academically, Dr. Yadav has demonstrated a strong commitment to research, teaching, and professional development. He has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications in reputed national journals and has presented his research at several national neonatal conferences. As a National Faculty for the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), he actively contributes to training healthcare professionals and mentoring residents and nursing staff. His involvement in numerous workshops, CMEs, and academic activities reflects his dedication to advancing neonatal healthcare through clinical excellence, education, and research.
