Dr. Ritu Bajpai is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with over 15 years of experience, with a special focus on Pregnancy care, High-risk pregnancy and Comprehensive Obstetric Care. She provides personalised care throughout the pregnancy journey—from preconception and antenatal care to delivery and the postpartum period—with emphasis on early identification of risk, careful monitoring and timely intervention to ensure the well-being of both mother and baby.

She completed her MBBS and MS in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from the prestigious Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi, receiving extensive training in obstetrics and gynaecology.

Her clinical experience encompasses routine as well as high-risk obstetric care. She has undertaken focused training in critical care obstetrics, high-risk pregnancy, diabetes in pregnancy and obstetric surgical skills, further strengthening her approach to managing pregnancies that require specialised attention.

She has also served as a Senior Consultant at Dr KNS Memorial Hospital (formerly Mayo Medical Center), Gomti Nagar, with experience in comprehensive obstetric care and the management of routine as well as complex obstetric and gynaecological cases.

A distinctive part of Dr. Ritu’s professional journey has been her three year training in the Department of Gynaecological Oncology at Kalyan Singh Superspeciality Cancer Institute, Lucknow. This experience has given her specialised expertise in complex gynaecological conditions and a structured, multidisciplinary approach to challenging cases.

She has further specialised in minimally invasive gynaecological surgery, with a Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery (FMAS) and in reproductive medicine, with a Fellowship in Assisted Reproductive Technology. She has additional training in infertility, IUI and reproductive endocrinology as well as cervical cancer prevention procedures including colposcopy, cryotherapy and LEEP.

Dr. Ritu has contributed to medical literature through research publications and scientific presentations in obstetrics, reproductive medicine and gynaecological oncology.
