Dr. Nivedha S (PT), MPT (Obstetrics & Gynaecology) is a dedicated Women’s Health Physiotherapist and Certified Pelvic Floor Therapist with expertise in the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of women across all stages of life—from pregnancy and childbirth to postpartum recovery and beyond.

She specializes in antenatal physiotherapy, pregnancy-safe exercise programmes, labour preparation, postnatal rehabilitation, pelvic floor assessment and rehabilitation, and the management of pregnancy-related musculoskeletal conditions. Her clinical expertise includes the treatment of pelvic girdle pain, low back pain, neck pain, hip pain, urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, vaginismus, diastasis recti, and other pelvic floor dysfunctions.
