Dr. Nilotpol Ghosh is an experienced and compassionate Paediatrician with over 12 years of clinical experience in caring for newborns, infants, children and adolescents across government and private healthcare settings.

He completed his MBBS and Diploma in Child Health (DCH) from Gauhati Medical College & Hospital and subsequently obtained his Diplomate of National Board (DNB) in Paediatrics from M. R. Bangur Hospital, Kolkata, under the National Board of Examinations.

Dr. Ghosh has extensive experience in neonatal and paediatric critical care, including NICU and PICU management. His areas of expertise include newborn stabilisation, neonatal resuscitation, respiratory support, CPAP and surfactant therapy, and mechanical ventilation. He is also experienced in procedures such as PICC line insertion, umbilical vein catheterisation, lumbar puncture and chest tube drainage.

His clinical practice also encompasses growth and developmental monitoring, childhood immunisation, diagnosis and management of paediatric conditions, and counselling parents and caregivers.

He has undertaken advanced training in neonatal resuscitation and regularly participates in professional workshops in neonatal care, including neonatal ventilation and neonatal point-of-care ultrasound and functional echocardiography. He is also a Lifetime Member of the National Neonatology Forum.
