Dr. Nikita Nandgaonkar (PT) holds a Master's degree in Community Physiotherapy from Sancheti Institute for Orthopedics and Rehabilitation College of Physiotherapy, Pune.

She specializes in pelvic floor rehabilitation, diastasis recti rehabilitation, pain management, and comprehensive antenatal (ANC) and postnatal (PNC) physiotherapy care. She also conducts Lamaze childbirth education classes and provides labour support during the intrapartum period, empowering women throughout their pregnancy and childbirth journey.

Her areas of interest include rehabilitation, health promotion, geriatrics, industrial physiotherapy, and women's health. She has published two research articles in Scopus-indexed journals, reflecting her commitment to evidence-based practice and clinical research.
