Dr. Monika Maan Sharma is an accomplished IVF Specialist and Obstetrician-Gynaecologist with experience across leading tertiary care hospitals. Her expertise spans Assisted Reproductive Technology (IVF/IUI), fertility preservation, high-risk obstetrics, and minimally invasive gynaecological surgery. With a strong foundation in clinical practice, academic research, and advanced fertility treatment, she is committed to providing ethical, evidence-based, and patient-centred care to individuals and couples on their journey towards parenthood.

Dr. Monika Maan has worked as an Associate Consultant in IVF and Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Fortis Hospital, Shalimar Bagh; Apollo Cradle, Moti Nagar; and Cloudnine Hospital, Punjabi Bagh. Her clinical experience includes managing IVF cycles, IUI procedures, ovarian stimulation protocols, and fertility preservation cases, along with providing comprehensive gynaecological care.

She completed her MBBS from Santosh Medical College, Ghaziabad, in 2011, followed by an MS in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College, Pune, in 2016. Her advanced training includes fellowships in ART and ultrasound at Nadkarni Test Tube Baby Centre, Gujarat, and ART at RISAA IVF, New Delhi. She also holds the FMAS qualification in Minimal Access Surgery from AMASI (2020), completed a fellowship in laparoscopy at Tulip Hospital, Sonipat, and has cleared MRCOG Part 1.

A contributor to medical research and education, Dr. Monika Maan has authored and co-authored peer-reviewed publications in obstetrics, fertility, and reproductive medicine. Her academic contributions include a chapter on NIPT in FOGSI Postgraduate Obstetrics, Volume 1, along with research on fertility preservation awareness among oncology specialists in 2022. Her research interests include maternal health, preterm labour prevention, fertility preservation, and endocrine disorders in pregnancy.

Her professional achievements include serving as invited faculty and a panellist for IUI at the ISAR Maharashtra Conference in 2019, winning first prize in the FOGSI J&J Quiz on Gynaecologic Oncology in Pune, securing second prize for a scientific paper presentation at the Yuva FOGSI Conference, and achieving second runner-up position in a clinical case presentation at BJMC Pune.

Recently, Dr. Monika Maan was honoured by the National Commission for Women (NCW) in recognition of her contributions to gynaecology. The award was presented by Smt. Savitri Thakur, Union Minister of State for Women and Child Development. She was also invited as a faculty member and dais expert at ISAR YUVA 2026 in Gurugram.
