Dr. Kirankumar Haridas is a Consultant Neonatologist in the department of Neonatology. He holds MBBS and MD Paediatrics from RGUHS Bangalore. He has completed his DM in Neonatology from the Dr. MGR University of Health Sciences, Chennai. He has over 16 years of experience in managing Newborn and Child health issues.

Skilled in the comprehensive management of high-risk neonates, including extreme prematurity, respiratory failure and complex NICU care. Experienced in leading NICU teams, collaborative teamwork, implementing evidence-based protocols, known for compassionate parental counselling, family-centered care and adherence to international NICU standards. Committed to quality improvement, infection control practices, and improving neonatal outcomes in tertiary-care settings.
