So basically if you have a preterm labour contractions or spontaneous rupture of your membrane which causes leaking of the fluid which leads to again having a delivery of the baby. Because just because if you have a Preterm labor pains or a spontaneous leaking doesn't mean that you will deliver immediately. It can take some time. But if all of these combined and you deliver off immediately that's when you are termed as Spontaneous Preterm Birth"
