But some practical tips which is required for our reproductive health is important that we should be having a very healthy diet that is high in fiber as well as less in carbohydrates and fats. Secondly we have to quit smoking, alcohol and drugs from our body. Plenty of water should be consumed and also we should maintain a very personal hygiene and also regular visits to the gynecologist, every once in a year, regular pap smears and ultraosonograpy should be done and also all the problems related to the menstrual cycle like excessive weight gain should be in a check.
