So the incidence is about 10 to 50% of the general population. There are certain symptoms that would every woman should be aware and be conscious about. There can be laxity, sometimes you may be passing gas without control, you may be passing urine without and you may not be able to contain your urine for a long period of time, there can be a mass coming out of your body, there can be a chronic back ache, there can be difficulty while having sexual contact, all these conditions signify prolapse, that is prolapse of the genital organs or the pelvic organs prolapse"
