Dr. R. Kishore Kumar is a world-renowned neonatologist who has worked across North America,the UK, Asia, and Australia. Having completed Medical training in India, specialized training in the UK, also completed a Fellowship in Neonatal ICU with an FRACP from Melbourne, Australia, clinching the certification as one of the youngest and highest qualified neonatologists in the world. He recently completed his executive MBA in Health Care Delivery at the Harvard Business School, Boston, USA.

He has always been a leader in his life. After spending nearly 18 years overseas, Dr. Kishore established the Cloudnine Group of Hospitals in 2006. The genesis of the hospital was rooted in his belief that 'pregnancy is a wellness, not an illness'. Through Cloudnine, he was determined to raise quality and service standards in maternal and neonatal care in India, a vision he has successfully achieved over the past decade. As the Founding Chairman and senior neonatologist at Cloudnine, Dr. Kishore has been instrumental in propelling Cloudnine Group of Hospitals to the pinnacle of the maternity and neonatal landscape today. He has received an array of honours for his achievements in neonatology, the most noted being a felicitation for his contribution to the field of neonatology by former US president, Bill Clinton and Leaders of Tomorrow by the Health Minister, India & Pride of Karnataka Award along with the Australian excellence award. He has been active in training next generation leaders in various sectors of healthcare industry. His experience at the Crotonville, GE Campus few years ago and now at HBS has even propelled his desire to do more for INDIA.

Rohit is our Co-Founder and Executive Director based in Bengaluru.  An award winning, decorated entrepreneur, Rohit has played a key role in strategy, development, capital management, operations, general management, stakeholder engagement and team building. Credited with attracting marquee investors & scaling the organization to the undisputed leader in the category whilst growing a robust professional team of the highest caliber, Rohit has demonstrated leadership skills across several dimensions & is a huge inspiration in the eco-system for believers, young & old.

‍Growing up in a very enterprising family, Rohit graduated as a Gold Medalist in Computer Science Engineering, worked across product categories of Hardware Applications and ERP Solutions with Global Majors, went on to launch and grow several brands at a young age, whilst completing an executive management degree at IIM Bangalore and certifying as Independent Director from the Inst. Of Directors. He has previously served on the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) Panel of Healthcare for Karnataka. Currently, he is a member of Bangalore Chamber of Industries and Commerce.

As part of his achievements for Cloudnine, Rohit went on to achieve several individual distinctions such as Economic Times 40 Under 40 and several noteworthy accolades from Business World, Entrepreneur India, Inc42 amongst several other national & international recognitions. He was amongst the chosen few to participate in Hon. Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Champions of Change initiative. An ardent believer in the startup ecosystem, Rohit has been mentoring, investing & supporting several startups across sectors from 2015 and in 2022 launched a SEBI Approved 375 Cr INR fund, better known as Capier, Capital by Peers.partly responsible for leading the entire journey with private equity investorswith the likes of Matrix Partners, Sequoia Capital and India Value fund having invested in to the company.

M. Ramachandra

Co-founder

M. Ramachandra is an entrepreneur, involved in property development for nearly thirty years. He has developed a number of residential properties in Bengaluru, and is involved in the recent construction of the 1.5 ml sq. ft. IT park at Electronic City, Bengaluru. He is equally passionate about healthcare, and his passion to bring a world class healthcare center to India led him to co-found Cloudnine. Bringing his vast experience to the Board, M. Ramachandra guides the company on issues related to property development, realty evaluation, new locations and expansion strategy, amongst others.

Vidya Kumar

Co-founder

Vidya has spent nearly 2 decades abroad having worked in the UK and Australia managing medical practices, utilising her training as a Medical Practice Manager. She is the mother of 2 children, both born abroad-one in the UK and the second one in Australia. She was instrumental in setting up the Cloudnine Group of Hospitals and her focus is to provide the best customer care and experience to anyone who walks into a Cloudnine facility. Her eye for design means that she takes the utmost care in choosing beautiful interiors to create a celebratory mood for new mothers-to-be. Vidya is the head of Learning & Development which is responsible for creating scientific parent education programmes such as the Management of Baby Affairs (MBA) programme, which have revolutionised the parental experience at Cloudnine. For her innovation in this field she received the Dr B.C. Roy Award in 2013. She is constantly striving to ensure the experiences for mothers at Cloudnine is the best in the world.

Mr. Raviganesh Venkataraman

Executive Director and CEO

Raviganesh Venkataraman is currently the Executive Director & Chief Executive officer based in Bengaluru. As the CEO, Ravi is responsible for the development and execution of Cloudnine’s business strategy, across all functions and business verticals with specific focus on customer experience, clinical quality, operational excellence, stakeholder relations, talent and leadership development.

As a seasoned professional with over 25 years of working experience across verticals, Ravi has been a part of several industries and geographies in India and Asia with proven skills in business strategy, project planning and execution, supply chain management, sales and distribution and organisation development. In the past, Ravi has been the director on the board of Metro Cash & Carry India and has held leadership roles in with Bharti Airtel, Subhiksha Retail, Coca Cola India, Titan Industries and Godrej & Boyce.

Ravi holds a Masters in Management studies from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research and a B.E in Production engineering from KJ Somaiya College of Engineering. An avid reader, a perpetual learner, Ravi is fond of literature and loves classical music.

Sandeep Bardia

Chief Financial Officer

Sandeep Bardia is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Cloudnine Group of Hospitals currently based in Bengaluru. As the CFO, he is responsible for financial planning procurement, corporate/insurance relationships, system controls & governance.

With more than 20 years of experience across industries, Sandeep, has wide experience in Corporate Finance, Accounts, Planning, Strategy, Commercial and Business Development and has partnered with businesses in driving performance management in challenging and complex business environments requiring re-designing business models & structure. He have worked across  industries and global MNCs like Novartis, HDFC Life Insurance, Walt Disney, Asian Paints and Bharat Petroleum. Prior to joining Cloudnine, Sandeep was associated with JSW Group as CFO of JSW Paints, wherein he had successfully set up the entire finance & commercial function and was instrumental in fund raising for their new project.

Sandeep is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary.

Dr.Arvind Kasaragod is currently the Director – Medical services at Cloudnine Group of Hospitals based in Bengaluru. At Cloudnine, Dr.Arvind is responsible for ensuring quality control and improvement of medical services at all levels including for doctors and patients, accreditation and membership in various professional bodies and organizations, doctor and nurse recruitment and training, medicolegal issues, review and resolution and digitization of medical services and documentation.As a pediatric critical care specialist,

Dr.Arvind has been trained in some of the best educational institutions like Bain’s school, Madras Christian College Higher Secondary School and Madras Medical College in Chennai. He did his residency in Pediatrics at the Robert Wood Johnson medical school followed by a fellowship in Pediatric critical care at the Denver Children’s hospital. He also holds a pediatric critical care fellowship from the US and an MBA in health services. Prior to joining Cloudnine, Dr.Arvind was associated with Columbia Asia’s flagship hospital at Yeshwanthpur in Bangalore. At present, Dr.Arvind is also the Mentor for the life sciences and innovation forum of NASSCOM. He has played an instrumental role as an advisor and team member to several health care start-ups in India and abroad.

Dr. Annu Kaushik

Dr. Annu Kaushik

Director of Nursing Services

Dr. Annu Kaushik is currently the Director – Nursing at Cloudnine Group of Hospitals. At Cloudnine, Dr. Annu is responsible for managing patient care nursing services across the continuum of critical care, supervising and reviewing nursing staff and bestowed with ultimate responsibility in developing, implementing, and enforcing effective protocols for preventing medical errors and mentoring of patient care managers in leadership skills. Her overall efforts are directed to establishing a best practice organizational culture for her nursing staff. She also works collaboratively with the Nursing  department, enhancing and refining nursing documentation to emulate  best practices approach, streamlining the working standards operating system for enhanced operational effectiveness.  With more than 22 years of rich experience in strategic planning, operations, training and team management, Dr.Annu has also been a technical advisor on many prestigious universities, journals and  training institutions. In the past she has designed, developed and customised several training programmes/curriculums for trainees identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for different roles and analysis of existing level of competencies.

Dr.Annu began her career  in Nursing with a B.Sc. (Hons) Nursing from Ahilya Bai College of Nursing, Delhi University followed by a Master’s degree course from Rajkumari Amrit Kaur College of Nursing, Delhi University. With a passion for continuing her education, she also pursed a  diploma in quality management and hospital accreditation from Academy of Hospital Administration along with a Ph.D. Nursing in 2016 from Maharishi Markandeshwar University. She is also the recipient of NABH Nursing Excellence Certification and along with a certificate in Nursing and Nutrition from John Hopkins.

On the professional front, Dr.Annu has been the National External Assessor for National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS) and NABH Nursing Excellence Certification. She has also been the research board member for Teerthankar Mahaveer University and presented many papers on occupational safety for nurses. Prior to joining Cloudnine, Dr .Annu  was associated with Columbia Asia Hospitals, India as General Manager- Nursing Quality and Training. She also previously served as Head of Education Programmes and Ethics Counsellor  at Fortis Healthcare. She has also worked with Holy Family Hospital as Staff nurse in LDR & Postnatal Wards, Max Healthcare as Nurse Educator, Maulana Azad Medical College as a Public Health Nurse.

Chaitanya Shravanth

Chief Digital Officer

Chaitanya is the CMO & CDO at Cloudnine Group of Hospitals currently based in Bengaluru and specializes in creating and implementing the organization’s overall digital strategy. With more than a decade of experience, Chaitnya works closely with the digital marketing teams at Cloudnine for enhancing better customer experience through mobile interfaces thereby driving the brand recall and customer acquisition digitally. He also manages the customer support team/ call centre to drive all query resolution for customers. Prior to joining Cloudnine, Chaitanya was associated with a healthtech start-up which was focused on continuity of care for chronic ailments. He has also worked with InMobi, leading mobile marketing and advertising platform where he played a critical role in various initiatives, including the launch of the much publicised Miip platform. In the past he also worked with Premium Strategy Consulting firm, Booz & Company, whereby he was responsible strategic counsel to various Fortune 500 companies in India, Europe and South East Asia. As an alum of IIM Ahmedabad (2009-11), Chaitanya also holds an Electronics engineer degree from Pune University.

Mr. Nitin Nag is currently the Chief Operations Officer at Cloudnine Group of Hospitals currently based in Bengaluru. With close to two decades of experience in business management across Healthcare & IT industries, Nitin has worked extensively in corporate strategy, corporate development, mergers & acquisitions, expanding footprint into new geographies (Sri Lanka, Eastern Europe) planning & business operations across major IT and Healthcare conglomerates in the US, UK & India. At Cloudnine, he carries the P&L responsibility for all our centers across the country. His responsibility is to drive expansion into new markets & existing markets with a focus on customer success.

Prior to joining Cloudnine, he was Chief Operations Officer of Manipal Ankur, a chain of fertility hospitals wherein he was responsible for its expansions in India and international markets. During his tenure in IT, he has worked with organizations like Tech Mahindra & Mphasis.  With a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Bangalore University, Nitin also holds a Master’s in Business Management from Symbiosis University and Advanced Management Program (AMP) from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Suresh Pandiyan is currently the Chief Digital Officer & Chief Marketing Officer at Cloudnine Group of Hospitals based in Bengaluru. At Cloudnine, he has also managed the role of Vice President – Fertility where he was heading the operations for fertility(IVF) business which he took over in 2018.

Prior to joining Cloudnine, Suresh was heading the fleet business for Ola, South Zone.  With more than a decade of experience, he has also worked with several retail brands like Adidas Group, Microsoft and Nokia in various capacities in sales & marketing functions. As a PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad, Suresh is also an Instrumentation Engineer from Madras Institute of Technology, Chennai.

Head – Corporate Communications

Namita Narula is the Head – Corporate Communications at Cloudnine Group of Hospitals currently based in Gurgaon. She manages Internal & External Communications portfolio for all the all the units of the group. As a seasoned healthcare  communications professional with 14 years of experience in the arena of public relations, Namita has worked in diverse domains of the healthcare industry.  At Cloudnine, Namita, collaborates with the management teams to develop and implement communications strategy for the group.  Her cores areas of expertise includes strategic counsel, media outreach, social and behavior change communications, content strategy, content creation, influencer outreach, project management and advocacy. She also oversees, reputation & crisis management, along with policy formulation; research & analysis, communication audit reports.

Namita joined Cloudnine Group of Hospitals after being employed last with Edelman India, where her profile included creating and managing large and small-scale advocacy and strategic behavior change communication campaigns and projects in public private partnership for health & education sectors. She has worked with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India alongside several hospitals, multinational pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare clients. Her work experience also includes developing mass media campaigns on national public health issues with Nestle Nutrition Institute. She also undertaken communications planning and implementation for development sector organizations such as WHO, PMNCH, UNICEF, Tata Trusts, IPE Global, The Union, Ashoka University and World Vision India.

She has achieved her Graduation in Political Science from Delhi University and Masters Mass Communication with specilisation in Corporate Communication from IP University, New Delhi. She holds a dual degree in MBA in International Business & Marketing. An avid reader and social media freak, she is passionate about writing poetry and adventure. Namita is also the recipient of the prestigious award as the “Emerging leader in Corporate Communication from the exchange4media group as part of their PR and Corp Comm Women Achievers Summit and Awards 2020. She also hold Reputation Today’s 40 under 40  class of 2019 and PR Moment’s 30 under 30 class of 2016 industry recognition for communication consultants who have made a mark in communications industry early on.

Ms. Sofia Joseph currently heads the Human Resources vertical at Cloudnine Group of Hospitals HQ in Bangalore. With close to 18 years of experience in varied industries such as Software, Retail and Healthcare, her expertise spans across various specialties of Human Resource Management such as Employee Relations, OD, Talent Management, and HR Strategic Business Partnering.

An innovative, tenacious & result oriented HR professional with a sense of responsibility, contribution and communication skills, she has the ability to work simultaneously at both strategic and operational levels. She also seamlessly collaborates with key stakeholders in designing and deployment of talent strategies that support leaders in effectively achieving increased performance. Of her wide experience spectrum, she has, for over a decade worked with some of the biggest and most professionally managed Healthcare Organizations in India and currently handles a team of 27 for a workforce of over 4000+ professionals.

Sofia holds a Post-Graduation in Business Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. At Cloudnine, she is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan , specifically in the areas of career mapping, talent management for existing units and new projects, organizational and performance management, employee engagement and compliances. She has been actively involved in standardization of people practices in all existing units and consolidation of new units.

Chitra Puranik Kuve is the Head– Learning & Development based in Bengaluru. As the Head L&D, she is responsible for engaging, aligning and developing talent throughout the organisation as individuals, groups and leadership. At Cloudnine, she has worked closely and in collaboration with various department heads and employees to develop a competency framework and a training framework. She aligns the learning needs of individuals, teams and leadership with the values and direction of the organisation.  She and her team, work to develop and facilitate learning and  development through a competency framework along with a training structure that includes diverse learning elements. Her key areas of  strengths include organisation development and change management with a systems approach, behavioural training design and delivery, group observation and diagnosis, team building creative solutions for human group dynamics.

Chitra, joined Cloudnine after being an entrepreneur for several years and worked across industries as Leadership and Organization Development Consultant. Through her -15 years of work experience in Learning and Organisation Development, Chitra has worked in both for-profit and non-profit organisations across diverse fields like Manufacturing, Software, Retail, Government departments, youth, women, schools, public initiatives etc.  

Being a Member of Indian Society of Applied Behavioural Science (ISABS), a consultant in Group Relations Conferences and a Systems Thinking Coach, she has been involved in facilitation and development of leaders and organizations. She combines her formal education of MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with specialisation in Instrumentation Technology from Visveswariah Technological University, with her passion for people and Indian psychology to craft and implement innovative and apt solutions for people problems.

Nupur Garg is a leading investor in private equity and venture capital and an expert advisor to large institutional investors. Currently based in Gurugram, she is the founder of WinPE, an initiative to enhance gender diversity in investing and entrepreneurship.

A seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in private equity and venture capital, finance and operations, she serves on the boards of companies across sectors including Indigo Paints Limited, Kerala Infrastructure Fund Management Limited and SIDBI, the Indian development finance institution. She is an independent member of the investment committee at the Fund of Funds managed by the National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF), the quasi-sovereign wealth fund sponsored by the government of India, and an advisor to and a member of the investment committee for the Dutch Good Growth Fund (DGGF) investment funds mandate given by the Dutch government for investments in SMEs in frontier markets across 75 countries. She has also served as an external expert on the investment committee for the INR 10,000 crore Fund of Fund for Start-ups for investing in the Indian start-up ecosystem. Nupur has been listed in the Forbes W-Power list of Self Made Women in 2020, among India’s top 100 Women Leaders in Finance (AIWMI 2019) and is a recipient of the prestigious Women Empowerment Entrepreneur Award 2019-20 and the Business Excellence and Innovative Best Practices - Academia Award 2019.

In her last and most recent full-time role, Nupur led the private equity and venture capital funds business in the region for IFC. An entrepreneur pioneering Buy Now, Pay Later in India, Lizzie Chapman is the CEO & Co-Founder of ZestMoney - India’s largest and fastest-growing BNPL platform, working with a vision to meaningfully improve the lives of more than 300 million households that currently have no access to credit cards or other formal financing options.

Lizzie started her career as an Investment Manager with the UK-based Wellcome Trust, where she invested in financial services companies in India for over 3 years. She later worked with Goldman Sachs in London for 5 years, before moving to India in 2011 to establish and spread head the operations of digital lender Wonga, one of the biggest fintech companies in the world at the time. In 2014, she joined the Development Bank of Singapore and led the launch of ‘Digibank’, India’s first mobile-app-only bank, before co-founding ZestMoney.

Lizzie currently serves on the boards of IndiaMart (India’s Alibaba) and IndiaQuotient (early-stage investment fund), and is a founding member and current President of the Digital Lending Association of India (DLAI). She was featured in the “LinkedIn Top Voices 2019: Finance & Economy” and figured in the list of Fintech Magazine’s “Top 100 Women in Fintech Globally”.

A leading figure in the Indian fintech landscape, Lizzie has been nominated by the Government of India to its National Startup Council, where she advises the government on measures to foster and boost innovation in the country’s startup ecosystem.

Lizzie was also honoured with the ‘Woman Ahead’ award at the Economic Times (ET) Startup Awards in 2021. She was also a recipient of the prestigious ‘Woman Leader in Fintech’ in 2017 and 2019.

A CFA charter holder and BSc from Edinburgh University, Lizzie has been instrumental in driving the adoption of digital finance and financial inclusion initiatives in India. Currently based in Bengaluru, she is also an avid traveler and a passionate runner and has been a part of several marathons.

Parthasarathy VS, fondly known as Partha has over 35 years of experience of successfully leading businesses, functions, organization transformations and over 125 M&A transactions. He currently serves as the Vice Chairman & Non Executive, Non Independent Director on the board of Allcargo logistics and Independent Director with LIC of India along with some other companies and mentors several startups.

In the past he has served the Mahindra Group as the Group CFO & Group CIO and has held several leadership positions of the group for more than two decades. He has also been the President of Mobility Services Sector. Besides, this he was a member of the Mahindra Group Executive Board and has served as a board member of several listed companies which includes Tech Mahindra, Mahindra finance, CIE automotive (Spain), Punjab tractors, Mahindra holidays etc.

Partha held several industry forum positions as a Chairman of Sustainable Council of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) – 2021, President – Bombay Chamber of Commerce & Industry (2019-2020), Chairman of Association of Finance Profession of India (AFPI) (2015-2020) besides working closely with Ministry of Finance through CFO Board, and on global advisory boards for CISCO/ SAP.

He is the recipient of Lifetime Achievement Awards for both his CFO and CIO roles. He also holds the prestigious Business World - Yes Bank Hall of Fame Award, Best CFO of India Award by IMA, Corporate Excellence Awards and Digital Icon of India Award by HPE and CIO 100 – Hall of Fame by CIO after winning the awards for 4 consecutive years.

Currently based in Mumbai, Partha is devoted to the upliftment of Rural and informal sector poor women and works with SEWA. Partha ran for Nanhi Kali (the Girl Child Education NGO) at the Mumbai Marathon and was awarded as Change Legend for 2019 for creating history in terms of the largest collection. By way of qualification Partha is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI and ICAEW and an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s AMP (2011).

Mr. Ved Prakash Kalanoria is the Nominee Director of Arvon Investments Pte. Ltd. on the Board of the Company. He joined Temasek in 2012 and is currently Director, at Temasek Holdings Advisors India Pvt. Ltd.

Prior to joining Temasek, Ved spent 7 years in Investment banking and Private Equity in India. His professional career began at Merrill Lynch, India, where he worked on various capital raising and M&A advisory transactions. After 3 years at Merrill Lynch, he went on to work for Brevan Howard and JRE Partners (investment partnership of Jardine, Rothschild and Exor for investments in India).

Ved holds a degree in Commerce from the University of Calcutta and is a Chartered Accountant by qualification.
