I am writing this to share the wonderful experience I had with Dr. Muktha Nadig at Cloudnine. I live in Dubai and had come to Bangalore to attend a function. I had just one day before I left to Dubai and I wanted to get a general gynecology check-up done. So when I called Cloudnine, they told me Dr. Muktha was available and booked my appointment with her. This was when I got introduced to Dr. Muktha. Since the first meeting itself she’s been extremely friendly and very very understanding. She understood the fact that I had to leave to Dubai immediately the next day and that the tests had to be done that very day. So she prescribed the tests immediately and personally called the lab and informed them that I was leaving and the reports had to come on time. Therefore, my reports were ready the very next day. I felt it was very nice for a gynecologist to actually go out of her and so much care. This was what made me feel very glad that I was given Dr. Muktha’s appointment.
I also want to write praise for all the Cloudnine staff, especially the nurses. It might be their duty to stay awake all night and to help me. But the added affection they showed made all the difference. My husband was in Dubai, and could not make it for my delivery and Cloudnine team made sure I never really felt the pinch of it. My entire family is very happy with the services as well. So I want to say a very big Thank You to the woman who has supported me during the most important period of my life- Dr. Muktha and to the entire Cloudnine team for the unconditional support!
