Dear Esteemed Colleagues,

As we stand at the threshold of a new year, I am overwhelmed with pride and gratitude for the extraordinary journey we’ve shared throughout 2023. This past year has been a testament to our collective strength, resilience, and exceptional achievements.

Reflecting on the past twelve months, I am thrilled to share some of the significant milestones that mark our incredible success. We commenced the year with the inauguration of our units at South Delhi, Golf Course Road, Ludhiana, Hitech City Hyderabad and Pimple Saudagar. Today, we stand united as a formidable team spanning 29 hospitals across 12 cities, and our ambitions for expansion remain undeterred.

Our unwavering commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace has yielded significant results, evident in the substantial rise in employee satisfaction, as highlighted in our recent employee engagement survey. Notably, our consistent efforts were recognized as we secured the prestigious accolade of being certified as a Great Place to Work for the third consecutive time. Furthermore, we proudly clinched the title of India’s Best Workplaces™ for Women 2023 among Large (Top 50) corporates. In November, our acclaimed Perinatology conference in Hyderabad drew participation from 350 doctors nationwide, further cementing our commitment to advancing medical knowledge.

An important highlight in our journey was the signing of a groundbreaking Memorandum of Understanding with the British Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (BAPIO) Training Academy, UK. This historic initiative has positioned us as the pioneering hospital in India to launch a global training program for doctors. This collaboration promises not just expansion but also knowledge exchange, professional development, and a significant leap in healthcare standards. Together, we will undoubtedly make an indelible impact on outcome quality and medical education.

In the face of challenges, our teams have exhibited remarkable adaptability, turning obstacles into opportunities and showcasing unwavering resilience. As we celebrate these accomplishments, I must acknowledge and honour the dedication and hard work of each member of the Cloudnine family. Your passion, ingenuity, and steadfast commitment to excellence have been the bedrock of our success.

As we look ahead to 2024, a year brimming with promise, let us anticipate further strides in our initiatives aimed at delivering unparalleled services, cutting-edge technology, and, most importantly, an outstanding customer experience.
