Dr. Saraswati is one of the few practicing Orthopedic surgeon with fellowship in Pediatric Orthopedics. She completed her Masters in orthopedics from Kasturba Medical college, Manipal in 2010( Gold Medalist). She later completed a one-year rigorous fellowship in pediatric orthopedics in one of the leading pediatric centers in southern India, Kanchi Kamakoti CHILD trust hospital. Her practice consists of treating women and children with pain, deformities, fractures and orthopedic issues. Her special interests include congenital deformities, limb lengthening surgeries, growth-related issues, deformity corrections and pediatric trauma. She has done a short fellowship in pain management and also treats post menopausal women with osteoporosis. She is passionate about helping children with deformities by volunteering in various related community activities, not just in her professional life but also in her personal level. She is an active member of Indian Orthopedic association, Karnataka Orthopedic association, Bangalore Orthopedic society and Pediatric Orthopedic society of India.
