I was in the US for the first 5 months of my pregnancy and for the 6th month I came to Cloudnine. I have had a splendid experience for the past 4 months. Dr Manjula Raghuveer is my doctor and I had no hassles in transferring my medical details from the US to here. These guys have always been proactive and have helped me in whatever I need. It’s almost like home here. The facility they say and they charge for, they give you that, so it’s amazing. I wouldn’t complain because even after having the baby I’ve had enough convenience to come here and get everything I want.

At Cloudnine, they not only celebrate the baby after it’s born but even before. They give us a Baby Shower, they have Ante-natal classes and MBA classes (Management of Baby Affairs). Basically, they are already preparing the mom and at any given point of time, they never let you feel like it’s a stress to have a baby. Post-birth, they keep celebrating by sending in greetings for the 1st month birthday, 1st year birthday, etc. and the gifts keep coming in all the time. So you always feel special for being with them. It’s not just the goodies, it’s how happy they make you feel when you’re with them.

The whole team of staff is very pleasing they always welcome you with a smile and they have dedicated staff for each thing, like the lactation consultant, the nutritionist, the physiotherapist. They are all so good at their job. This also makes it simpler for us, since we will know whom to approach for what issues. They are basically well organized. For example, one night, my baby had indigestion and I had the doctor on the line right away even at mid-night to give me tips on how to take care of her. I couldn’t ask for more!
