it is with deep regret i wish to to inform you that i am absolutely dissatisfied with the services offered by cloudnine shivajinagar for birth of our second child. the specifics have been intimated during our discussion however the one that needs mention is the nursing care. we found the nursing staff absolutely incompetent in handling new baby and related queries. there were times when we had to manage the newborn totally by ourselves. the cre never bothered to check with us during the course of our stay. room can be a little better if more sitouts could be arranged. the ones already are comfortable for the attendant, but maybe not for the patient. a daily interaction with cre is sought. we are not done with the discharge process yet so could not rate it, apparently leaving c9 with a bad taste.

extremely poor nursing,...
extremely poor nursing, patient delivered in room, not in labor room. untrained nurses on night shift of 11.12.2016. duty doctor did not respond to request to assist on 12.12.16 for checking the reason for extreme pain in labor time.she came after half an hour by that time patient had delivered in room 301.nurses did not know the procedure to handle the situation. they closed the patient legs when the baby was almost out. the asked the patient to clean motion in washroom with baby half out. who would be responsible if there was a mishappening?ip service did not respond to grievance inspite of explaing the issue to ip reprentatives sanjana, deepa, kumar.there are so many issues , if anybody cares about the patients then call me up to get the details.

worst night duty...
worst night duty staff response.. night duty nurses attitude was worst possible seen.. arrogance to respond on calls.. even the epiduralcath was leaking no nurse came to check and even telling the pt in labour pains not to make noise. no waste seggregation process in place.. no regular empltying or cleaning of dustbins..cheating with double entries..long way to go cloud 9.. terrible experience. jus a colourf ul nursing home nothin beyond dat. a thumbs down in most aspects
