discharge process was...
discharge process was very slow. i had informed them that i need to get discharge by 9 am. the same was confirmed by the attending doctor. however the staff was quite slow. i checked with the nurses again in the morning several times and they said they are still reviewing the files. as a result its 10 am now and the discharge is still in process. also i have still not received a bill for fet done in april this year. the billing dept say it will take time to check in the system. disappointed this time with the discharge process totlly
