Our care continues beyond delivering your bundle of joy. Cloudnine paediatric care is one of the best in the city, delivered by a team of experts across dermatology, neurology, cardiology and developmental paediatrics. We “get” kids! Children love coming to Cloudnine with its dedicated play areas, friendly doctors and attractive consultant rooms.
A distinguishing feature of the neonatal and paediatric care at Cloudnine Hospitals is the newborn screening, specifically the new born hearing test and Guthrie test. Fulfilling our aim to provide international standards of paediatric care, we are the only medical facility in the country to provide these tests. Guthrie test, which is mandatory in most developed countries, is done to identify any enzymatic or biochemical disorder in an otherwise normal looking baby and proactively save the baby from any harm.
The consultants here are not only a source of medical care but also information, advice, compassion and support, working cohesively 24×7 throughout a year. At any given time, one of them is always available to treat your baby. The Hospital Management Software (HMS) shared by all the consultants, documents details of all children. Hence, whichever doctor examines the child at any stage is fully aware of the child’s history. So there is no reason to worry if your regular Paediatrician is away or not available in times of need.
The conditions treated and services available at Cloudnine are:
- Common cough, cold and fever
- Asthma and other respiratory disorders

A vaccination calendar is given to parents for the immunization schedule from birth up to age 16. We are the only hospital in India to maintain electronic records of the batch numbers of vaccines given to ensure traceability in times of need. Our hospital upholds the “cold chain” system that maintains optimal conditions during the transport, storage, and handling of vaccines, starting at the manufacturer and ending with the administration of the vaccine to the baby. Regular reminders/alerts are sent through SMS or by email to help with the follow up.
Being a baby friendly facility, Cloudnine cares for children in a happy and relaxed atmosphere which relieves their anxiety and helps them through a speedy recovery. As playtime is an important part of the growth and healing process, we have a kid’s play area that is open to all kids coming to the hospital. The paediatric consultant’s rooms are full of toys and objects which attract kids and make every visit enjoyable for them.
We pride ourselves in being considerate of the small and simple needs of your family. We have taken into consideration even the siblings of the newborn, by creating a play area to make the transition smoother, as we know that it is a very sensitive and delicate time if you are welcoming another baby into your family.
